Our SLA is fairly simple:
- We can't control what people share. If it's religious/political/illegal we'll take it down in 24 Hours.
- If we go down, we'll do our best to get thing up, it won't be more than 30 minutes.
- Your data is safe and backed up with us, with an exception of natural calamity (we are working on this)
- You'll always have our email — if our software breaks, you can email us and We'll get on it.
- If we aren’t living up to our end of the relationship, you can cancel your account, anytime .
